We invite you to spend time with an international group of volunteers whose task this month will be to maintain unique memorial sites – the cemetery grounds and the "Courage and Reconciliation" outdoor exhibition at the Krzyżowa Foundation.

What is this project about?
Join us in a meaningful volunteer initiative dedicated to restoring and maintaining the dignity of a historic cemetery for war prisoners in Poland and a unique outdoor exhibition the "Courage and Reconciliation"
Your efforts will help preserve these important sites, honor those who suffered and sacrificed, and ensure that their memory endures for future generations. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to contribute, learn, and make a positive impact through activities such as cleaning, landscaping, and general upkeep. Together, we can pay tribute to history and help maintain a respectful resting place for our shared heritage.
Spend a month connecting with people from around the world, learn about the history and importance of these memorial sites, and contribute to their upkeep and preservation. Whether you're passionate about history, community service, or simply want to spend your August engaging in meaningful work, this volunteering experience offers a rewarding way to spend your summer.

8 volunteers from different countries will come together to
Accommodation – Stay in an International Youth Meeting Center, enjoy adventurous bonfires, mountains, and a true connection with nature.
Food – Lunches are provided by the organization’s canteen. Breakfasts and dinners participants prepare by themselves in a provided kitchen.
Costs for food and transportation to Krzyżowa are covered!
Pocket Money are provided (6€ per day)
Who are we looking for?
- Aged 18-30
- Willingness to share, create, and get inspired
- Readiness for mild physical work
