On the 2007 Independence Day, the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe was given an honorary reward for the overall achievement.
The Pro Publico Bono Foundation has been rewarding the best civic initiatives of Polish NGOs for 10 years, under the honorary patronate of dr Janusz Kochanowski, Commissioner for Civil Rights Protection of the Republic of Poland.
