The Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe together with its Irish partner H2 Learning invite you to participate in an on-line conference disseminating the results of the project: "Digital Mentoring - a new dimension of teaching".

During the conference, the digital mentoring method, its tools and experiences and good practices related to the implementation of digital mentoring in Ireland and Poland will be presented.

On the area between the moat and the Piława River, near the centre of the Krzyżowa Foundation for Mutual Understanding in Europe, there is an open field. But on 3 December, it began to change. By the hands of the Board of the Foundation and the project coordinator, the first spade for the construction of an ecological educational garden, which will be built here in the coming months, has been knocked in. Guests who visit Krzyżowa next year will be able to take advantage of the new offer and learn the secrets of organic plant cultivation - a crop that works in harmony with nature and is based as much as possible on using natural processes as allies in running the garden.

From September, the Krzyżowa Foundation starts implementing two more projects, for which it obtained funds from the European Union and the state budget under the Regional Operational Program of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020. The value of both projects is nearly PLN 6 million. The aim of the projects is to increase the employability of vocational education students and to increase the competences and qualifications of teachers of practical vocational training. About 500 participants will take part in the projects.

Tym razem będą one skierowane do uczniów i kadry nauczycielskiej Zespołu Szkół Technicznych w Kłodzku (project "Professionals on the local labor market" ) and to four schools in Wałbrzych (project "Development of professional competences and qualifications of students of Wałbrzych schools". The project partners are: Powiat Kłodzki, Gmina Wałbrzych and the Foundation for European Education.

Students from the Technical School in Kłodzko have just started a series of specialist classes shaping their competences and digital skills. The workshops are held in Krzyżowa. During the workshops, participants will learn about the tools developed in the project "Digital Pathways for Youth across".

The Krzyżowa Foundation as one of the project partners has been recommended by the European Commission of the Council for Education, Youth, Culture and Sport to implement tools in the education process.
